Medic Alert Bracelet warning about intubations

Hi all,

I fell off my bicycle this week (oops) and had a CT scan. I went to my doctor to

follow up about my mild concussion and he told me that the results of the CT

scan that included my neck showed that it would be reasonable for me to get a

Medic Alert bracelet to warn in an accident that any intubations should be done

with great care (so they don't damage my spinal cord or disks?).

Has anyone done this? Any suggestions on wording?

If you know all about it and have any advice, I'd love to hear.
