Hi JM.  I have been on weekly Methatrexate for over 6 years now.  I forgret

how long it was before I felt a benefit from it.  I have been pain free, no

flares, for over a year and a half now.  I am in a medicine induced

remission.  When I got diagnosed, I had a severe case of RA, and I was almost

in a wheelchair.  I have learned how to live with RA, and do the best I can

each day.

I wish you good luck with Methatrexate.

Thank you for your response. I was on Methotrexate for 15 weeks in 09. According

to my journal it " might have " helped. This is the only drug I'm considering

asking about during my next appointment. Have you used Methotrexate and if so

how long were you on it before you noticed a improvement?
