So a friend of mine offered me a box of cereal she didn't like but

didn't want to waste - I eat cereal, and thought I could handle it in

the house. Dry cereal - the sugary kind, which this is - is a big

binge food for me, but I thought that I'd been doing so well with IE

that I could handle it.

Well, I couldn't!! I brought it home and wouldn't you know it, I had

some for lunch and a big old binge of it after dinner. I am so past

full at this point it's unbelievable.

I know why I did it -- it was a previous " forbidden food " , and I was

eating it just because of the rebellion I felt in finally getting

some. And I'm also going through a bit of a tough time dealing with

the fact that I'm quickly growing out of my clothes, so I think it

made it worse.

Any words of encouragement out there? I'm having a tough time of it

right now. Should I keep the box, or throw it away?
