I wonder if you tried looking at a library for the IE book or even

Overcoming Overeating? There is a book list here in the Files section

at this site that has lots of possible titles and author's names too.

You can also go to -

www.intuitiveeating.com

and there you will find the 10 IE principles which you can print out

for yourself too. Ask any question, post what you are feeling and

experiencing and I am sure you will get feedback.

Best to you - Katcha

Checking out from the library....

I do it all on my computer. I have an account on the cp with our

library and I put a reserve on which ever book I want. I have checked

out Intuitive Eating and Overcoming Overeating. And when it comes in

they notify me email and I go pick it up. They even move it to the

library branch closest to me.

Modern tech is wonderful.

I am Judy from Randle, WA. and new to the chatlist as of today.

I look foreward to learning much from you.

I have in the past few years eliminated two main overeating phases for

me (night eating and eating in the car

while driving) and I just learned a new thing recently. When I eat

often I have the feeling of Guilt - or this

isnt good for me or it doesnt taste that hot - etc etc etc. I just

learned that if you are not HAPPY HAPPY about what

you are eating while you are eating it - it doesnt settle in a healthly

fashion with-in you. So a new thing just recently learned

is to only eat

something when it brings much pleasure.

Wow, online searching and reserving is great! I'm sure my little part

of the world (VERY small town and county) aren't that modern, but I

bet most larger cities are - neat!! Glad to hear you found and will be

reading those books soon.
