Hi Friends,

I didn't want to send the whole article over as it was long, but I just recently

started receiving this and it has really been a blessing to me!

I have a Therapist that has been working with me for over a year now to get

organized once again...and there are a lot of things in this newsletter that she

has told me or helped me with. This is a free newsletter that you can subscribe

to...the Therapist is not! LOL!

Hope that this will help someone!

Your Friend In Hope!

Diane :)

END PROCRASTINATION

Dear Friend,

Have you been meaning to accomplish something, but you've

just been putting it off for one reason or another?

If so, I'm dedicating this month to the subject of

'eliminating procrastination.'

One of the main keys to getting things done is to break

them down into manageable parts. When you really think

about it, no matter how long you've delayed, surely you

can devote just 15 minutes to getting started.

It has been said that 'getting started is half the whole.'

In other words, once you actually start, you're well on

your way to accomplishing your goal or completing your

project.

Then, spend a minimum of 15 minutes per day working on

your project, until you accomplish your goal!

If you visit my home page and click the ARTICLES link,

you'll see my article titled, 'Kick the Procrastination

Habit.' Be sure to read it this month, and start getting

things done.

Happy December!
