Guest guest
Does anyone have any first hand experience with this? It seems many of the " Pros " out there separate these into three separate catergories. Many of them think Hyperplexia may not be " on the spectrum " at all. The research I've done is a bit....conflicting. Many children with hyperplexia have been misdiagnosed with Aspergers first. I realize the earlier we start intervention the better. I have no problem with getting them that. Could we be jumping the gun and labeling some of these children too early? Should we be waiting until some time has passed with some therapies in place first?...or is this a catch 22...no diagnosis...no therapy...no money into the programs etc? What's best for the children? Any info would be a great help. Thanks Jeannine
