Guest guest Posted October 12, 2008 Report Share Posted October 12, 2008 Who is this person.........ME??? I have been reading the Overcoming Overeating book and I think its changing me. I had breakfast about 6ish, then about 9:15 my dh and I had a " discussion " . Of course immediately after I felt like I was starving, so I thought are you hungry and yes I was a little hungry but not starving. Then a voice said besides if you eat a lot you won't be able to process the feeling the " discussion' caused. So I just ate enough to know the hunger would be gone and stopped. Now do I feel better.....I would like to say yes.....but my stomach is still churning....... feeling are a bitch.... But I'm not going to stuff myself over it. Think I will go ask for a hug.
