Nadine, I also get the cortizone shots in my fingers (actually where my

middle fingers join my hands) for tendonitis (more specifically " trigger

finger " ). It really helps me with that, too. I'm not kidding when I tell

you that you feel the relief within hours -- sometimes even minutes!

Plus, it's long-lasting. Angie wrote in and said she gets the shots in

her elbows and knees, too. Please at least call and ask about them. I'd

hate for you to be in pain if you don't need to be! Take care,
