There is an element of needing to 'self justify' (like having to atone

for EVERY eating decision) in doing this as well as the bother that

this 'extra step' represents to me. I want to eat 'a la natural' and

'reviewing' is quite the opposite isn't it? Anyway - I have found that

even though it is lots slower and more chaotic to 'wing it', that's

the way that suits me best so I stick with it.
