JJ: totally get what you are saying. For me I have grown weary of the "head space" that the right food and exercise were taking up. I would ask myself what else would I be thinking about if it were not about staying lean. What's beneath it all? I used to think that what I ate was the only thing that was bothering me but I learned that there was so much else going on. It was just a "red herring". I am working to put food and exercise back into its proper place and find out about myself, my desires, my fears,who I am. What you will find is the very thing you are trying to get rid of is trying to tell you something. Highly recommend Koenig's books and her workbook "Food and Feelings" and Normandi and Roarkk's "Its not about Food"
