I have found that if I have put food in my mouth & realized that I am

not hungry I spit it out (in a napkin). As terrible as this may sound,

it actually has helped to empower me. Just thought I'd pass along

something that has worked for me. Someone recently gave me the tip of

when you are nearing full, you automatically sigh & this has helped me,

too. Blessings,
