Guest guest Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 I have found that if I have put food in my mouth & realized that I am not hungry I spit it out (in a napkin). As terrible as this may sound, it actually has helped to empower me. Just thought I'd pass along something that has worked for me.
