Guest guest
I'm confused - is an IgE test something that can be done to take the guess work out of an elimination diet? Is it reliable enough to strictly restrict a childs diet according to its results? My pediatrician says its hogwash (not a DAN dr) I am eliminating foods, but its mostly guessing in trying to figure out how foods are effecting behavior. ie: took corn away for 3 weeks, then introduced it. Ian had diarrhea, but there was also a bug going around at school and he had had an unripe apple. Has anyone done the IgE test and had it be accurate?
