Guest guest
Styxia, do you have an iTunes account? if so go to the 'inside out weight loss' podcast, she has a couple of podcasts on EFT and guides you through it, it is free (my favorite price I've only done it ONCE, using her example of overcoming the fear of hunger, an it actually worked really well just on that one (fairly skeptical and embarrased) attempt on my part LOL. It soundscomplicated. And yes, I really think it sounds too good to be true but one can neverknow before having tested it, right?Regards s. That sounds good. Can you really learn it without being supervised? Powerfull tools usually come with powerful possible negative side-effects. :-) I'd really like to try it. Is it that it just doesn't work when you're doing something wrong (tapping the wrong spot or something)? Regards s.
