Guest guest Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 I know I do eat when I am not 'truly' (body) hungry, but so do 'normal' eaters too ;-) Its easy to think in terms of 'black and white' - ONLY eating when 'hungry' can be come an absolute 'rule' to which you could start rebelling to (a la dieting). The trick seems to be to 1) become aware of when/why you are eating and 2) choosing to eat based upon body hunger signals (as you reacquaint with these).
