Greetings group....

Next friday... August 11th I have to go to court on a commitement

hearing....I am sure they will accept out patient treatment..however...I

am not positive....I was wondering if I could ask you if you could do me

a favor and write down some info as in how bad the headaches get and

such.....and anything else you may add....then have them notorized and

send them to me...I will be needing them by the 11th for sure....but

sooner would be much better....
