Guest guest Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 I had three or four or more positive breakthroughs in the past little while and it feels pretty good and I wanted to share. I notice I'm much more friendly and outgoing around company now and not so stressed when we go out to eat as I was always stressing about finding ways to fit the meal into my minuscule points and eating what I did not want and I finally ate what I really wanted. I am more confident in my job (just need to work on letting people know when to back off). Noticed a lady with a nice figure yesterday and just commented to myself about how good she looked and did not berate myself or compare myself. Today I looked in the mirror and did not point out negatives about me. I actually said something kind of positive about myself - that is huge for me as I'm very hard on myself - that probably comes from having my mother point out all my flaws all my life and her saying " I'm just being honest and you take everything I say the wrong way. " I wanted a quarter pounder from Macd's yesterday, they did not have any so I walked away and went to the next Macd's and got what I wanted and was satisfied just a little disappointed they no longer had the Olympic glasses - I kinda like them, kinda fun to have my water in them.
