Pemphigus - is it linked to a virus? can LDN help?

Does anyone on this group have any experience of using LDN to treat

pemphigus? It afflicts my friends brother very badly - huge running

sores and inability to eat or swallow. He's only a young man it's

very worrying.

We've used LDN with our autistic son but curious to find out more!
