what type of supplement? I take the scd legal multi and do fine one it I can not take the lycsan acidolphilus capsles I can not tolerate it.

New question though how long can homemade yogurt stay out of the fridge? I have a seminar tomorrow and want to bring my own breakfast it will be out about 3 hrs total do you think its ok?

do you ever get pains in your upper right quadrant after taking vitamins?

don't know about the yogut out of the fridge.

I eat the yogurt when I am home and take the Lyo-san and Digestive Gold Enzymes since I am older [78 yrs.] now and when I am away from home.
