Guest guest Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 It is in the back of BTVC and is yogurt made with cream.This is very high calorie too:It was meant as a joke but it is legal and has more caloried than originally posted as I added fruit LOL1/2 cup SCD French cream (made with heavy cream)1 heaping tablespoon nut butter4-5 pecan halves1 tablespoon honey1/2 cup thawed frozen berries1 oz unsweetened desiccated dried coconoutCalories 863 Grams of fat 77 grams of carbs 46 grams of protein 9 Can someone post where I can find the recipe for the French Cream? I'm in desperate need of putting on some weight.
