Guest guest
Traci, I believe that there are different intelligences all over our bodies. When I was responding to the Principle 7: Cope with Your Emotions Without Food thread this week, I realized even more clearly how my hunger signals are an intelligence of their own...and how my sometimes neurotic and anxious thoughts help create intense emotional states that then block out or override my " gut " signals. An important part of this process has been about relearning my gut signals and allowing them proper influence/power in their area of expertise...balanced eating.
