Gut instinct

So, this is REALLY interesting. In my hormones and embryology class

this week, I learned that there are cells inside the gut that are the

same kinds of cells inside the brain. What this means is that " gut

instinct " or intuition has a physiological basis!!! We tend to think of

our brains as the only part of us that " thinks " but this shows that our

gut " thinks " too!
