Guest guest
I did that too - went thru a 'grieving' period when I let go of food as a main thing 'to do' to fill in quiet/non-busy time. Guest guest
I can totally relate! I went through a stage after I stopped binging regularly where I felt like I had lost a friend. It was like this big piece of my life was missing. It'll pass though and you won't miss the food someday. I had to laugh. My friend food was always there when I needed it now what the heck will I do to fill my time....oh the opportunities are endless. I must say I do like socializing much more now than I ever did.Thanks,J. Yahoo! Canada Toolbar : Search from anywhere on the web and bookmark your favourite sites. Download it now!
