Guest guest
We're taking a vacation in Mexico, Puerto Morelos in the Yucatan, in a couple of weeks. It's going to be a challenge avoiding corn, beans, rice, and sugar, but I figure I can probably find enough fruits, vegetables, eggs and meats to eat. Does anyone know which kinds of Mexican cheese are legal? Most that I've seen are soft and probably not aged. Thanks for any suggestions.
