Guest guest
Marilyn, Thank you for answering my questions. I really am commited to this diet and to doing it right. It seems, however, that I've made some pretty bad mistakes and taken quite a few steps backward. I'm not entirely sure yet, but I may have to give up yogurt for a while, again. Instead of the elusive Scarlet Pimpernel I have the elusive starting date for my " year " . (Which, however, I am not holding my breath over.) I am much better right now than when I first started the diet, for which I am very grateful. Thanks again, Orlinda - OR Celiac - 2006 SCD - Sept. 2007 > You are correct.
