Guest guest
> Hello everyone. My name is and I had my surgery on Aug. 12, > 1999. Prior to my surgery I was 358+ pounds (I'm 5'9 1/2 " ) and was in > serious trouble in regards to my health. At the age of 27... my body > was slowly dying and my mind was shot from extreme sleep deprivation. , Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss. I had a lap rny on 8/23/99 and can certainly relate to your health problems then and your good health now. I also started out at 353 and was on 5 blood pressure meds a day and had sleep apnea. I am so glad that you had the surgery at age 27. I am 43 and wish I would have done it earlier before my health got so bad, but I must remember there is a time for everything and this was the time. When I first started researching this surgery I subscribed to ossg and graduate ossg, both gave me a jump start on everything from different surgeries to cultivating good attitudes and habits. I wish you continued success and joy. God Bless Debbie in St. Louis lap rny 8/23/99 353 start 188 now
