advice for a newbie

hello everyone,

i'm pretty new here. i started eating what i want when i wanted and

lost about 20 lbs. that was a few months ago, and i am kind of at a

stand still.

i don't have money to buy the book. i can't excercise due to a back

injury. i was wondering if anyone could give me some basic tips and

ideas. i know this is the right program for me, i just do't know enough

about it.
