birthday alert! Help needed...CAKE recipe... ICING recipe... PIZZA recipe.. NEEDED!

I'm new to this diet... and I need help with a birthday this weekend 1-13-08...

It;s my daughter's... but my son is on the diet... he has autism, and loves cake.. ice cream...and pizza.

I can cover the icecream... as I am making homemade... with honey... but...cake? Icing recipe??? (can I use natural coloring? Is there an icing with cream and honey I can make?)

I realize for the day, he will be eating advanced food... but I figure for 1 event.. as least it'll still be legal!
