Were you able to advance foods? Im worried Im either advancing them

too quick or not eating enough. I am still having 1-2 bouts of bloody

D a day as well as some formed stools. Is this normal? Or a reaction

to the foods im eating? I have only been on SCD 1 week now and every

day my bowels and symptoms have been different. Ups and downs to say

the least. How long typically until the bleeding will stop and bowels

will become regular? Or does the bleeding and D indicate a negative

food response/ Im soooo very confused!! Help!!

There is no typical. Everyone is different.

Your reaction might be bacterial die-off, or it

might be a reaction to the yogurt, depending on

whether you have started and how much you

are taking. Or it might be a food reaction.

Just what are you eating right now?

Maybe you are reacting to something on the

beginning menu that you should avoid.
