coconut ice cream

this evening i was walking around and looked at a menu at a raw

foodist restaurant and i saw coconut milk ice cream made with as they

called it " almond butter cup " which consisted of ground almonds,

chocolate and agave. now i know those are illegals. before scd we

would make home-made ice cream and i was really into wine but im

totally cool with giving it up. since coconut is legal at some point

i was wondering are there coconut ice cream recipes and also which

coconut? there is the coconut that has the brown husk and there is

young coconut. before scd i used to drink young coconut water all

the time and make shakes with it and the meat.

i looked for a recipe online but they only state the flavor of the day.

Young green coconut is considered the same

as green bananas - way starchy and hence illegal.

Green coconut water is also illegal.

Use brown coconuts for the meat and to make milk

from.

Don't know a recipe for coconut " ice cream " myself, but

I'm sure someone has one.
