Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 I can tell you from experience that if you eat "clean" with no sugar and white bread etc for a few days, you will start to feel much better and will be craving the healthier foods and not the "bad foods". I started out on the "South Beach Diet to get my self started, and switched to IE. I have found it much easier to IE and less stressful.
