Hi all!Just joined the group this evening, and am so grateful to be here!A brief history: I'm a 28 year old married lady (for 3 months so far, haha!) who has struggled with an eating disorder for 3 years. I lost 50 pounds in 2005 on Weight Watchers, then developed an eating disorder trying to keep that weight on. I would chew food and spit it out, I'd deal with my emotions by controlling how much food (not much) I'd consume, and was miserable.

In 2007 I visited a nutritionist, who introduced me to the concept of IE, and it's been such a relief to know that I'm not how much I weigh!I am a beginner at IE, and so am working - and it's a slow race so far, to be sure - as hard as I can to make this work. I am already feeling so much better psychologically by implementing what I have.
