hi everyone need some advice/support

Hi all im more of a lurker here. But Im linda I live in land. I

had gastric by pass january 2004, tummy tuck july 2005, arms done last

month. My biggest thing is i went from 255 to 130... well KNOW im

gaining weight. I'm up to 161... Im telling you i am scared to death

of becoming fat again. I can eat like a normal person. Been drinking

more water cut out my tea to once a day. Been drinking about 30oz of

water a day. I eat 2 times a day... I try to walk on the tredmill

everyother day for 20 mins when i have time. I feel like a loser

now... Just seems like none of my friends who are naturally skinny

understand what im going thru. Im sitting here crying. I was also

wondering if there is anybody in the fort meade/baltimore area and now

of any meetings. thanks for listing to me whine.
