Guest guest
I hear you. It's interesting that you don't feel that full after eating more than usual. I've had and continue to have similar experiences. It's like eating food can only do so much in the fullness/satisfaction department. I hope that you take some time to feel a sense of peace and move forward when you're ready. When thinking about the amount of food I ate and considering the type of food as well (the kind that sits heavy in the stomach), I usually would have felt uncomfortably full. I was still comfortable yesterday evening (physically). I was still in the range of fullness I consider comfortable despite having eaten a comparatively large amount of " heavy " foods. Sometimes I think it might have to do with the cold and wet weather. Same with the weight gain. I can remember reading in one ND book that the author says her weight fluctuates a bit with the seasons. I'm not sure if it was Geneen Roth or someone else. I can't remember, oh well... Even our usually a bit scrawny dog has gained some weight, lol. Regards s.
Guest guest
Styxia, That's important to note then, that you didn't feel uncomfortably full and you ate more heavy foods. Maybe you'll start to notice this situation every winter and it's a normal part of your eating process with the change in season.
