Guest guest
I want to transfer my finished yogurt from my Yogourmet to individual serving containers. Is it best to let it cool in the refrigerator first or can I transfer it when it's still warm? Thanks. Guest guest
There is something somewhere about the yogurt liking to settle. You can see this yourself - when it first comes out it's all jiggly, and doesn't hold together quite as well, but even a few hours in the fridge firms it up. Were it my yogurt, I would wait to transfer it, but I don't think it will do any damage to it to do it sooner if that's easier for you. I would assume it would still firm up afterwards. beth (husband, UC 5 yrs, scd 6 plus mo) > > I want to transfer my finished yogurt from my Yogourmet to individual > serving containers.
