This littleboy also doens't meet your second criteria- staying with adults and hasimpulsively ran into the road during family walks in their neighborhood-when his parents chase him, he smiles and appears to enjoy the "game". I amtrying to have the parents practice a "stop" game in the back yard toincrease his response to their verbal cue.
