Citric acid can mean lemon juice - no problems. But it usually means an industrial chemical that unfailingly gives me mouth ulcers.

I also wanted to say that I think dried figs should probably not be on the legal list. The 'dry' dried figs have been dusted in rice flour (I discovered this quite by accident). The sticky one are ok I guess, but I don't like them.
