Hi All,

Quick Question, Im about 14 hours late in asking but, I made the Onion Rings from

Heidi's Onion Rings - scdrecipe.com I used Vidalia Onions and Peanut Oil instead of Yellow onion and olive oil. They were awsome, almost too good. I was wondering if I had done something wrong by make those changes.

All The Best, LouStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Lou,

You crack me up.

Nothing is wrong with a recipe when the food comes

out more delicious than expectations!! Make notes

to yourself about it and do it again!!
