Bringing out the Naturally Slender part of me.

I always tell myself I can eat what ever I want when ever I want

it....... however i also remind myself that the more hungry I am the

better what ever I'm eating will taste. So unless I'm really really

really want it I could wait until I'm more hungry.....not like starved

but a little growl maybe. It's not like saying no.....just are you sure?

I've been listening to some awesome free podcasts that are developing

the " naturally slender " part of me,,so she can eventually balance the

part of me that has been so deprived for so long. (yes I believe we all

have a " naturally slender " part inside of us)
