Guest guest Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 I always tell myself I can eat what ever I want when ever I want it....... however i also remind myself that the more hungry I am the better what ever I'm eating will taste. So unless I'm really really really want it I could wait until I'm more hungry.....not like starved but a little growl maybe. It's not like saying no.....just are you sure? I've been listening to some awesome free podcasts that are developing the " naturally slender " part of me,,so she can eventually balance the part of me that has been so deprived for so long.
