Guest guest
The last time we were there (last year), we were given a ticket so that we could board the ride within the time frame of the wait for the ride. For instance if the wait time is 60 minutes, you can leave and come back in 60 minutes and board the ride. You pretty much have to be on time getting back. I don't know if it is still the same, but you could send a letter asking to: Guest Services Busch Gardens Tampa Bay P.O. How are they in terms of giving you a disability pass and how are the attractions, rides, restaurants, etc.? My son cannot handle a lot of noise in restaurants and waiting on lines is horrible. We went to Disney and they were fabulous about the passes. I was reading the posts about Universal and was wondering where Busch Gardens would rank. Doesa anyone know if they offer a discount like Sea World has? Any thoughts or feedback are much appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
Guest guest
I had family passes for my family right before they changed their method of doing the disability pass. We went once and had a great time, the second time was right after the policy changed. My family of 7 was all prepped to get our son with Moderately-severe autism on the Congo River Rapids, they gave us the little card with a time to return and my son went into a full-scale meltdown, complete with head banging on the cement post. The person at the ride kept telling me that this was their new policy to make it "fair for all of their guests" and that I would have to teach my son to wait. I fought with Busch Gardens as high up as I could to try to get my money back and was refused. Needless to say, my family has never set foot in there again, and we hold annual passes to Universal.
