Most of the SCD cookbooks are copyrighted and the authors have requested e d not post recipes from their books but just provide a reference name and page number. Marilyn, I am sure you can relate to the work that goes into preparation and launch of a book.  Quick request for everyone: When posting a recipe to the list, please make sure you post not only the complete recipe, but the name and (if available) email of the creator. That way, all of the inventive cooks around here, and on other SCD lists, will receive appropriate credit and recognition. — Carol F.Celiac, SCD 8 years,MCS, Latex Allergyhttp://www.celiac.com/authors/143/Carol-Frileghhttp://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/gfcf-diet/sc-diet.htm

Carol,

You misunderstand. If a recipe is shared on a list, and is cross-posted

by someone else, it should have the creator's name and contact on

it.

I am not suggesting that people post recipes from published cook

books.

And I make the request for credit because on several occasions, people

have taken my recipes, and cross-posted them as their own. Or claimed

that the creator was " unknown " when I asked them to put my name

on it.
