Hi Eileen,

Almond butter s a more advanced food. Wait a while before having it

again. Here are some suggested Stages for introducing food. Not

rules, just suggestions:

Here is a recipe for Guacamole with avovado. If it's too spicy, just

mash the avocado and only add salt, pepper and a little olive oil.

GUACAMOLE

2 ripe avocados

1 lime, juiced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 plum tomato, diced

salt to taste

Cut avocados in half and remove pits.

Using a spoon, scoop the flesh into a small bowl.

Mash the avocado flesh together with the garlic and lime juice.

Stir in tomato and add salt to taste.

Serves 4-6.

thanks - i won't try almond butter again for awhile but really needed

fat to gain - it says use fat sparingly but i need weight gain -

what is in the dairy free smoothie i read on that sample list

so avocado is not meant for being sweet with honey??? more of a vege

type thing???

would you consider some crampy feelings and 1 bit looser bm reason to

stop a food or keep trying little bits (cheddar cheese)
