We don't exclude cosmetics but do caution about toothpaste.

I don't use cosmetics, but I do need moisturizers. I've been using

just plain unrefined organic sesame oil on my face and lips and also

as a leave-in hair conditioner. It can also be used as a body

moisturizer (there's even an ayurvedic line specific to the 3

ayurvedic body types if you're into massage). Coconut oil is great on

your hands or body but does stay greasy.

Carol and Debbie,I use Jojoba oil, to which I add a tiny bit of rose essential oil (I love the faint smell of rose.)Jojoba is great for hair and skin, and is often used by massage therapists as it absorbs almost fully into the skin and doesn't leave a greasy film.-Nina in MA----- Original Message ----
