Here is an e-mail address of an organization that specializes in gluten-Free food options and trips, world-wide. They are your best reference. bobolevy@...

Hi

Does anyone know of ANY restaurants (fastfood or otherwise) that do a GFCF burger and fries (obviously we would take our own bun!). I have been doing quite a bit of research and it seems that alot of places serve fries which are pre-coated with gluten/casein ingredients. Please help!

Thanks.

Caroline

Hi

We just got back from vacation and what I did was call the restaurants and asked them if they would bake the fries. They would also do a grilled chicken with just salt and olive oil and he seemed to like that. I am sure if you tell them most places will accomodate you.AlwaysAna Brushingham

Hi,

Our son is on the GFCF and we let him have Burger King once a week. The fries are GFCF and fried in a designated fryer http://www.bk.com/#menu=3,2,-1.

We order a kids meal with a hamburger plain and bring our own Annie's ketchup, gluten-free bun and apple juice.

Also, Pizza Fusion offers GFCF pizza.

Pizza Fusion in Weston has a GfCf pizza. Ruth Steak house has a list, and if you go to the chick-fil-a site they have a list - make sure you ask the manager ofa particular store though, because they may use the same fryer as for regular foods. With Pizza fusion, they may use the same rolling table as for other foods. http://www.chick-fil-a.com/#gluten (check for odd spaces in the web address and delete them.)GraceSubject: Diet friendly restaurantsTo: sList Date: Saturday, August 16, 2008, 7:59 PM
