New and looking for advice

Hi all,

I am new to Intuitive Eating. I am in the midst of reading a book on it and

have seen

McKenna's show which seems to follow the same concept. I have to say, though,

that I'm very

nervous about giving up the idea of dieting, although there is nothing I would

like more. Do

you have any suggestions as to how to embrace this new mindset and just let go?

I am open

to all suggestions. Thank you!
