Guest guest
When I was teaching self contained SpEd, we were told we could not have a class picture in the yearbook, because the kids could not be identified as being in a SpEd Class. It was a violation of confidentiality, so we had to work on a solution. The solution was to simply list every class in the school as Ms. Whatever's Class, and not even put their grade level, so that one could not be seen as any different than the others. I don't know if a similar motivation (ie Confidentiality) was the reason the class was not included, but just keep in mind that is a possibility.
