Guest guest
Hi Everyone, We started group lessons there last week, with my 3.5 year old and one other boy. I completely agree with . is awesome with my son. I was shocked actually by what she has been able to get Oliver to do. I highly, highly recommend this program. Jen H Subject: Broward: Dan Marino Swim LessonsTo: sList Date: Tuesday, July 29, 2008, 12:41 PM My son has taken 4 lessons so far at Dan Marino. We are absolutelythrilled with the program so far and I wanted to share because I'vegotten so much from this list and I would like the program at Marinoto continue to thrive.I consider myself a pretty good judge of swimming instructors becauseI taught swimming for many years. We had been in another programbefore and it wasn't a good fit for him because we really needed aplace that would understand how to relate to his needs and they wouldhave a different instuctor just about every week. We are taking private lessons for the cost that it would be to havegroup lessons at any other place that I checked out AND she reallyknows how to deal with my child. The lessons right now are 8 lessons for $160 as a group and $200 for 8private lessons. , the director told me that the class size willbe kept very small for groups like only 2-3. They will also bestarting a Mommy and Me class for only $80 for the little ones inwhich I will be enrolling my 19 month old NT son. The instructor also told me that she will be starting a Mom's WaterAerobics class, too. Anyway, I must sound like a commercial! But Ican assure you that I am in no way affiliated with Dan Marino! Ithink you can sign up for classes at any time like a rollingadmission. I guess you can call Dan Marino Center and just ask for in Aquatics.
