Where to find a good babysitter?

Hi,

We are moving to Miramar from Massachusetts later this summer, and I would like

to find a

part-time babysitter, who could take care of my son (6 years old, going into

first grade, on

the spectrum) a couple afternoons a week after school. I'd love to find a

student or someone

who is familiar with autism spectrum disorders. Can anyone recommend either a

specific

person or a good place to advertise?
