Guest guest
I have been on the SCD for over 3 weeks, and have had markedly decreased GI symptoms. Also my eczema had cleared 100%. However, I do have the following: marked fatigue, even sleepiness Low motivation to get up and do things (connected to the fatigue) almost a feeling of weakness periods of spaciness an increase in vertigo (I may have BPV or labyrinthitis--seeing a specialist next week) constipation feeling, but I am taking the oJ/ prune concoction twice a day the yogurt (goat or cow) seems to cause mild bloating. I'm eating 1/2 c. per day of dripped yogurt. I have found little about detoxing symptoms. One source said that detox would be felt the first 5-7 days as you starve those critters. But I'm thinking that healing and bringing the gut into balance is a process where detox could be happening over a long period of time. I just want reassurance that these symptoms are nothing to worry about and they will get better. Thanks, Laurel
Guest guest
It sounds to me like you are doing great, but I can't seem to find the list of die-off symptoms. Someone else may be able to tell us where they are. Anyway, keep up the good work and it will clear up.
