Guest guest Posted October 18, 2008 Report Share Posted October 18, 2008 I have been listening to some FREE tapes called inside out weightloss that go very well with Intuitive eating and one of the tapes is about something called " redos " . When I use the " redo " is when I do something that I would like to do different next time.......So instead of beating myself up I just do a redo. An example for me is.... last night I went to a hen party and watched the Sex in the City movie with a bunch of girlfriends. When I got there is was not hungry so I did not eat any of the food but when the movie was over I was hungry so I started eating and ate quit a bit of food without tasting any of it. So instead of feeling bad about it I just did a redo. My redo was to get a small plate of food only my favorites and sit down and eat them with a fork. LOL I keep forgetting that........if they are my favorite that must mean I like their taste.......so it would make sense to remind myself to eat them slowish so I can taste them.
