Dr. Zeno Office - Is this the norm ?

Almost 2 months ago --- Baby was brought in for exam at Dr. Zeno's

office, titers were drawn.

Mom called the office many times over past 6 weeks for lab result(same

outgoing message answers) mom leaves messages, return phone number etc.

and nobody from Dr. Zeno's will call mom back. Am I the only one who

finds this VERY unprofessional and well... rude. How should this mom go

about getting the titer reports if nobody will even return a call?
